I had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, salad, ice cream and ice tea. $16.47. Was a good meal and filling for the price. Service was excellent and the environment was calm and cozy.

Very cute restaurant with friendly service. I messed up and didn't read the menu fully. They were able to make me an new plate fast as could be. Went during lunch. It was busy but still quick service.

Excellent. The food is dreamworthy it's that good. The staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. And the owner is generally on site working. The gyro is phenomenal. I can't believe I'm saying this but even the liver and onions were perfect, tender, and tasty. And the cinnamon French toast...dang it now I'm hungry again. I can't wait to come back here. I believe everything is made in house. I know the ranch and soups are for sure. Both Excellent. And the gyro meat is on a giant spit in the back. The restaurant is perfectly named it was for certain the best food and bright spot I've had in ages but for sure this trip. We ate at starved rock lodge this trip, forget it. The drive to bright spot is worth it and it's a fraction of the cost and the food is three times as good. Bright spot even offers senior menu selections. A restaurant that cares and is amazing. I only wished I lived closer.

Pam provided awesome service today! The food is very good here since they renovated last year. I have been very impressed not only with the interior upgrades but also the quality of food in general. The seniors specials are excellent portions and the prices are great. My Mom likes the 1 pork chop meal for $10.99 which comes with a large soup, vegetable, potatoes and a small dessert. Great value. Pam was so sweet and packed up our to-go order with care. She put a small tapioca pudding in a container for my mom to go with her meal. Pam was very kind to us and I hope we see her again next time we dine here. My favorite is the breakfast omelette $10.75. The vegetarian omelette is a good portion with hash browns. I did not want toast but it comes with it. My mother also enjoys the senior meatloaf which comes with the same sides as the pork chop. The dining area is a cool gray decor and very clean and modern. They really fixed this place up very well. Overall wholesome food and a great place for a meal, with nice people running the restaurant.

Service was great, food was amazing as usual. They dont slack on bringing the food out. I had my brother and niece with me. Pam was so nice, she made sure we had everything we asked for and even talked to my niece like she was a normal person, not a baby. I want to give a shout out to her for being so kind

I’m so glad they rebuilt after their fire! Love the colors. Food is great as it always was. November was our server, she’s fantastic. They carry Coke products, their pies are so good too. Sorry I only took a picture of them in the cooler. Burger was very juicy. Mom did ask for the lettuce and tomato, but she said the portions of mushrooms & cheese was just right. Taco salad in the shell was the way I like it. Will be back!!
